FTTP internet service provides high-speed, reliable internet with faster upload and download speeds than traditional copper-based internet services. It allows for simultaneous use of multiple devices without any loss in speed or quality. Additionally, it provides a more stable and consistent internet connection, which is essential for businesses and individuals who require uninterrupted internet access.

Upgrading to FTTP internet service also future-proofs your internet infrastructure, ensuring that it can support the increasing demands of technology in the future. With the growing need for high-speed internet, FTTP is quickly becoming the standard for internet service.

Moreover, FTTP internet service enhances the value of your property, as it’s considered a premium service that can increase the appeal and marketability of your home or business. It also provides the flexibility to choose from a wide range of internet service providers, allowing you to select the plan that best suits your needs.

Overall, upgrading to FTTP internet service provides significant advantages in terms of speed, reliability, future-proofing, and property value.

VoIP Lines

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows users to make phone calls over the internet instead of traditional phone lines. VoIP phone lines offer several advantages over traditional phone systems, including cost savings, enhanced flexibility, and improved functionality. VoIP is becoming increasingly popular for both personal and business use, as it provides high-quality voice calls and additional features, such as video conferencing and instant messaging.

Ordering VoIP Lines

Getting VoIP lines for your business is a straightforward process. Just have a chat with our team, and we’ll help you determine your specific requirements. If possible, you can send us a copy of your phone bill to enable us to perform a comprehensive assessment and offer you expert advice.

Once we’ve assessed your needs, we’ll provide you with a detailed quotation and the necessary sign-off paperwork to get you started. Our team will guide you through the entire process, making it easy for you to switch to VoIP and enjoy its numerous benefits.

We normally recommend using our Pro Plans where the monthly fee is a fixed price with no surprises.

Landline Numbers

You can order local landline numbers for any location and even port your existing numbers. Additionally, number ranges are accessible for direct in-dialling to designated extensions.

1300 Numbers

You can procure your 1300 or 1800 number via NBN Group, with the added option to port your existing numbers to us. Our services come with exceptional rates, including fixed price fees that enable you to know your monthly cost.

VoIP & PBX Options

There are two choices available to you for utilising a VoIP line account:

  1. cloud-based IP PBX.
  2. on-premises IP PBX.

While both deployment options have their own advantages, the cloud-based IP PBX, if implemented correctly, offers exceptional flexibility for your business, making it an excellent choice.

If done correctly the cloud IP PBX will require a piece of hardware on-site being an SBC (session border controller). This will allow protected encrypted data flow between the premises and the cloud IP PBX for enhanced security.
